Office Operations & Hospitality Coordinator
About the role
Job Description Based at the Calgary Industry X Office and reporting to the Metro Calgary Workplace Lead, the Office Operations & Hospitality Coordinator supports floor operations, customer service, vendor management, and administrative functions. The role is responsible overseeing room and space bookings, delivering a high‑quality client welcome experience, and providing operational support across multiple business areas. Additional responsibilities include security and life‑safety activities, collaboration with local technology and executive assistance teams in support of in office events, and general facilities maintenance and upkeep.
The Office Operations & Hospitality Coordinator enhances the in‑office experience by supporting daily workplace operations, providing proactive assistance with office tools, managing workspace bookings, resetting work areas, and assisting with internal and external event planning. This role may also contribute to broader office‑level initiatives, including client events and marketing or communications activities. Most responsibilities are carried out in partnership with onsite support teams, in accordance with established guidelines and under general remote supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Acts as a key business partner for Accenture Industry X through the support of critical business functions including:

Plan and manage day‑to‑day operations and service delivery independently, ensuring compliance with policies, budgets, and established guidelines while monitoring performance against business objectives.

Proactively identify opportunities to add value, taking initiative to introduce improvements and support overall team productivity.

Support life‑safety and security activities, including badge access administration, audit reporting, and facility access controls.
-
Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to company standards, contracts, quality work and compliance.

Deliver a broad range of workplace services, including workspace set‑ups, A/V support, catering coordination, welcome desk coverage, floor operations, space utilization management, and other location‑based services.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of collaboration and technology tools deployed within the Industry X facility, providing hands‑on support to drive effective customer and employee adoption.

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of on‑site meetings and events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for office invoicing, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.

Physically perform light housekeeping and maintenance work as required, including the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs. 25-50% of the role will require walking and standing. Role is 100% onsite Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
