Description 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Mechanic - Automotive or Heavy Duty Prairie Bus Lines has an exciting opportunity for an First or Second Year Apprentice Mechanic (either Automotive or Heavy Duty) based in our Red Deer shop. Automotive Apprentice – 1st Year - $21.60 per hour, 2nd Year - $25.20 per hour

Heavy Duty Apprentice - 1st Year - $24.00 per hour, $28.00 per hour

Monday through Friday schedule – 8-hour shifts between 6:00 am and - 6:00 pm; weekend work as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Ongoing maintenance/repair of school buses and highway coaches
- Respond to breakdowns

Requirements
- Registered Apprentice (Automotive or Heavy Duty); 1st or 2nd Year
- Clear Criminal Record
- Own hand tools
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Valid driver’s license
