About the role
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical, administrative, and team management skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in office management, bookkeeping, or human resources is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the clinic
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing request under government access to information and privacy.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in preparing of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services
- Any other administrative tasks assigned
Skills
- Proven supervising experience with strong team management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS office tools
- Extensive office experience including clerical and administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills?both verbal and written?along with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and handle budgeting responsibilities
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and filing systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $36.10 per hour
