Requirements
🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)
- Provide hands-on technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving software and system issues
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Work closely with internal development and operations teams to resolve technical challenges and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and support cloud-based, containerized, and microservices environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot networking and Linux systems as part of customer deployments
- Document technical issues, solutions, and support processes to ensure accurate knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with customers to understand system requirements, guide implementations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Recommend process improvements, tools, and best practices to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness

- 4+ years of experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Strong technical support experience (Level 2/3) with cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments
- Proficiency with networking concepts and Linux system administration
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, containers, and microservices (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Comfortable managing technical tickets, documenting solutions, and adhering to ITSM processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer support
- Familiarity with video surveillance systems is a strong asset
