Atlantic Dodge Chrysler is looking to add an experienced Lube Technician to our growing service team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on shop experience who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry with a trusted Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership.

About the Role
As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Your ability to communicate clearly through service notes and meet set labour times will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Complete tire rotations and basic tire services
• Inspect and service brake systems
• Carry out basic preventative maintenance and vehicle assessments
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and easy-to-understand documentation for service records
• Ensure work is completed within established labour times and shop standards
• Assist with general shop duties as required

What We’re Looking For
✅ Prior experience as a Lube Technician

✅ Knowledge of basic automotive preventative maintenance procedures
✅ Strong documentation and communication skills (clear, accurate, and in plain language)
✅ Ability to consistently meet labour time expectations and productivity standards
✅ A positive, team-oriented work ethic and attention to detail
