Title: Content Specialist / Graphic Designer (On-site with Flexible Hours)
Location: Driving Change Automotive Group – Regina
Salary Range: $50,000 to 57,000 yearly (Depending on qualifications)

Responsibilities
Shoot, edit, and produce videos and photos for various social platforms and marketing materials.
Developing design concepts and producing creative pieces for various mediums (print, digital, animation, web) or supporting marketing initiatives.
Thinking creatively. Engage in team brainstorms and help craft creative solutions.
Working with business areas to understand objectives and provide creative design solutions.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality production.
Updating and maintaining external & internal websites.
Build and manage customer email campaigns.
Keeping up to date on emerging technologies and programs that can help advance your skills.
Work with the Marketing team to support and execute the store’s marketing strategies.
Seek to enhance skills and closely follow advertising trends.
Working closely with vendors to price and produce all required marketing materials. ensuring effectiveness and high-quality production that is delivered on time.
Assisting Social & Content Specialist with producing/posting content when needed
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
Minimum of two years of content production experience or equivalent education.
Proficient time management skills to effectively execute workload.
Strong graphic and digital design abilities.
Proficiency in shooting, editing, and producing videos and photos for various platforms and marketing materials.
Creative thinking skills to generate new ideas and concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in digital email campaign creation and management.
Proficiency in website maintenance and content updating.
Forward-thinking, highly collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive under deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Adherence to brand guidelines for all projects unless specified otherwise.
Track record of creating high-quality assets and content.
Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Must be a team player.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
Familiarity with WordPress CMS.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
