Your Role as a System Administrator:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a System Administrator, your role will include:

  • Managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Administering Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra), including managing identities, groups, and roles, and understanding synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune for managing and securing devices and applications.
  • Monitoring service health and diagnosing issues using various tools, including event logs and performing security updates.
  • Managing and maintaining on-premise infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of both cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Assuming ownership of escalated first line help desk tickets and providing guidance and mentorship to first line help desk staff.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of new IT initiatives.
  • Working as part of a team towards the common goal providing exceptional IT services to the entire organization.
