Audiology and Product Launch Support The Audiology and Product Launch Support Representative is responsible for providing technical fitting support, primarily over the phone, for Phonak, Unitron, Vista and Sennheiser products. This role includes content development and front of room presenting at events to support product launches from all brands. This position likewise involves other various audiology-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional audiology and technical support to customers via phone and email. This includes troubleshooting product, software, NOAH system issues, offering guidance on fittings and purchasing options
- Support sales team members and other departments with audiology and technical expertise as required
- Accurately document and report issues highlighted by customers for both new and existing products, ensuring all information and feedback are accurately recorded via cases in Salesforce
- Create training content for product launches for all Sonova brands
- Present front of room at product launch events for all Sonova brands
- Create content for and present at tradeshows, conferences or customer events as needed to support Sonova
- Represent the brand and participate at trade shows, open houses, and various other events as needed
- Support customers as needed in clinic with challenging fittings
More about you:
- Certified Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Bilingual – French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong public speaking and presentation competencies
- Minimum of one-year clinical experience
- Possess in-depth knowledge of hearing aids
- Curious learner with a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle and resolved customer complaints diplomatically, over the phone and in writing
