About the role
Location: Canada (Remote, primarily EST hours; must be available for regular collaboration in Pacific Time)
Contract Term : 12 months, with potential for full-time employment
We’re looking for a creative content creator who understands what makes people stop scrolling. This role focuses o n short-form video, social storytelling, and visual content , with opportunities to grow across motion, photography, and marketing design.
You’ll crea te social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube , turning ideas into engaging video and visual assets quickly. Beyond social, you’ll also support the team wi th design work for marketing, sales, partnerships, and events such as decks, reports, one-pagers, and branded assets.
This role is ideal for some one early in their career (0–4 years) who is excited to experiment, stay on top of social trends, and grow their creative skillset in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create and edit short-form video content for social media
- Design social graphics and simple branded assets
- Capture and edit photos and video when needed
- Contribute to content ideas, trends, and creative concepts
- Support marketing materials like decks, reports, and event graphics
- Use AI tools to help brainstorm, script, and speed up content creation
What We’re Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital media
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Ability to shoot and edit video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Foundational design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Strong instincts for social trends, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- A portfolio or examples of your work
