Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years’ experience in an HR role in a corporate, government or freelance setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working in an independent, performance-based model
- A passion for learning and development, and fostering growth and success in others.
- Ready for career change and driven to take ownership of your efforts and success
Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
- Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided
- Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
- Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
- Support onboarding processes as you build, train and mentor your team
