WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Snowmaking department is primarily responsible for providing the snow base for the timely opening and operation of the Resort's skiable terrain for the ultimate ski and snowboard experience.

Start, stop and make adjustments to snow guns.
-
Make decisions and changes on-hill as required and as weather conditions change
-
Travel the property on a snowmobile including up and down steep terrain. (in accordance with company policy).

Communicate effectively and work within a team as well as with other departments
-
Able to pay close attention to details and the weather to determine optimal conditions for snowmaking
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
-
Past experience with operation of a snowmobile preferred
-
Mechanically inclined
-
Valid G class driver's license with satisfactory driver abstract
-
Must be over the age of 18
-
Ability to work independently
-
Must be able to lift and move heavy loads over uneven terrain
-
Prepared to work in all outdoor conditions including extreme cold, snow, wind, rain, etc.

Must be detail oriented and safety conscious
-
Must be able to work in a loud environment around noisy machinery
