RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to phone service appointments for customers, including confirmation of services, costs, and parts orders.

• Respond to guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction standards.

• Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to guests' description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules.

• Prepare the related quotes for customer service requests.

• Inputs appointment requests describing symptoms, problems, and guest descriptions of issues, as well as specific repairs and services required; obtains approval signatures from guests.

• Respond to email and online appointment requests generated through the online booking system.

• Continuously check voicemails and return customer appointment calls.

• Contact customers to inform them of safety recall campaigns relevant to their vehicles.

• Ensure all callers receive prompt, impeccable customer service and set expectations for their upcoming visit.

• Carries out after-service follow-ups and promotes service facilities.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES POSSESS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or automotive services is a plus

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
