Key Responsibilities Required Skills & Experience Mandatory: Experience leading data migration and governance for IBM Maximo projects Strong experience in: Data migration planning, data quality management, and governance frameworks Experience with: Maximo data model (Assets, Locations, Inventory, Job Plans, etc.) Data mapping and transformation for enterprise asset systems Proven experience in: Data migration tools, ETL processes, and data validation techniques
