What You’ll Do:
- Safely make scheduled deliveries to clients, offering a high quality of customer experience
- Off load product from skids and transport to required locations
- Complete pre-trip inspection of truck and safely operate equipment reporting any equipment malfunctions or repair needs to supervisor
- Truck washing as required
- Refueling of vehicles and logging mileage information
- Delivery to local businesses on a variety of routes
- Start and end each day in Bobcaygeon, Ontario!
What You Need To Get The Job Done:
- AZ license
- Clean abstract and CVOR with minimum 5 years driving experience
- Someone physically fit and enjoy working in a job that will keep you physically fit
- Complete truck inspections and various checklists throughout the shift
- Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs to supervisor via truck inspection reports
- Manual or electric pallet jack experience
- Criminal Reference Check will be required
- Ability to safely deliver in all seasonal weather conditions
- Can prioritize daily tasks, work with various personalities and be able to shift priorities to deliver results
- Someone self-directed with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work extended days to ensure products are delivered and work some Saturdays and holidays as applicable
- Can safely back up truck to bay door or loading dock and removing once loaded

Kawartha Dairy has been making great family memories for over 85 years. We are proud to continue to be a 100% Canadian-owned company, still operated by the same family that founded it in 1937. Although the company has grown tremendously from its early days, it remains headquartered in the small lakeside Canadian town of Bobcaygeon where it was founded.
