- If you’re results-driven, organized, and energized by hitting targets in a collaborative remote team environment, we’d love to meet you
- Proven work experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Experience qualifying prospects and meeting sales quotas
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms
- Experience selling into industries such as hospitality, property management, or fleet/logistics
What the job involves
- At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Canada to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team
- You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the United States and Canada, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our global SaaS/IoT platform
- You’ll respond to inbound inquiries, qualify business fit, and set up meetings that move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email
- Make follow-up calls to warm prospects across the US and Canada
- Qualify inbound inquiries and assess business fit
- Navigate organizations to identify decision-makers
- Present Keycafe’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
