We are looking for an experienced, highly personable, growth oriented individual to join our team. The candidate that will thrive in this role will be service oriented, a supportive team player with a strong commitment to excellence. They will be coachable, comfortable taking initiative, finding solutions, and seeing things through to completion. What will you do?
- Support and serve clients while providing a highly personalized experience
- Manage and support the execution of our service plan
- Coordinate wealth planning services
- Manage and follow-through on wealth planning activities
- Assist with financial planning
- Liaise with clients, team members & business partners to find solutions and see things through to completion
- Help keep the team organized and manage the intricacies of our business
- Manage our new client onboarding process
- Support client education initiatives
- Support business development activities
- Coordinate and execute client appreciation & gifting
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Post-secondary education
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), LLQP and CFP
- Naturally service oriented
- Self-assured yet coachable
- Professional and conscientious
- Personable, hardworking, self-starter
- Proactive, consistent, and reliable
- Forward thinking and growth oriented
- Collaborative and supportive team player
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
- Independently resourceful (Problem solver)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and effectively manage multiple deadlines
Nice to have
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset
