Notre programme d'aide aux employés (PAE) fourni du soutien en santé mentale professionnel, confidentiel et accessible aux employés et à leur famille. En tant que conseiller PAE, vous fournirez du soutien en personne aux clients du programme d'aide aux employés de TELUS Santé, selon nos besoins. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indépendant, selon votre disponibilité. Êtes-vous le collaborateur que nous cherchons : Vous êtes un psychologue, un psychothérapeute, un travailleur social ou un orienteur Vous détenez une maîtrise en counseling, en psychologie ou en service social Vous êtes membre en règle d'un ordre de professionnel Québécois (nous accepterons membre de l'OPQ, l'OTSTCFQ, l'OPQ, l'OPPQ ou l'OPSQ) Vous possédez un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience clinique poste-maîtrise avec des démographiques diverses Vous avez la capacité d'établir des objectifs à court terme et vous utilisez une approche orientée vers les solutions Vous êtes aptes à gérer des situations de crise ou de risque élevé Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ressources communautaires A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
