BESS (Senior) Business Development Manager-Utility Scale

We are looking for a seasoned BESS Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the industrial and commercial Battery Energy Storage System business line in North America markets.

Job Responsibilities
North American Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new customers in the North American market; uncover active projects, identify valid requirements, and assess the viability of business opportunities to successfully secure and close deals. Process & Pipeline Updates: Update sales activities, performance metrics, and project integration status within the company’s business workflow systems in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications
Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Experience & Background: 5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development within the energy storage industry. Experience with utility-scale/large-scale Energy Storage Systems (ESS) is a must; a background in Electrical Engineering is a plus. Core Competencies: A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a "can-do" attitude; robust analytical skills and excellent cross-cultural communication abilities to effectively manage interactions at all levels. Proactive, results-oriented, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Market Sensitivity: Highly perceptive to market and customer needs, with a strategic and long-term mindset.
