This casual position provides call-in or back-fill support to locations.
Compensation is $22.54/hr.

The Casual Direct Support Professional provides critical services to the people supported by Karis Disability Services and works to ensure that people belong to communities in which their God-given gifts are valued and respected. The Casual Direct Support Professional seeks to promote Karis Disability Services' Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing people’s gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value.
They assist with activities of daily living and promotes life development as outlined in person centered plans. This is done through collaboration with their team, families, advocates, friends, and community partners. The Casual Direct Support Professional completes administrative duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
