ABOUT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

IT proudly provides the computer systems, security, IT services and governance that support AGLC’s businesses, including the operation & support of mission critical gaming, liquor and corporate systems running on a variety of computing platforms. IT ensures the stability and performance of a Local/Wide Area Network, which supports over 1,200 gaming locations and more than 2,000 computers/tablets, 150 physical and 2,000 virtual servers distributed across six corporate offices, casinos, RECs and bingo halls. IT provides leadership in the use of information technology, data and systems to help the AGLC achieve business goals and objectives.

Classification: Systems Analyst 2 ( Please note that the classification for this position is currently under review.)

Status: Permanent - FT

Salary: $70,302.66 - $92,242.07

Reports to: Tuan Phan

JOB SUMMARY:

As an ERP Analyst, you will play a vital role in molding our ERP platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will work with stakeholders to create and implement governance and best practices while delivering scalable solutions. Your enthusiasm for technology and proven customer service will inspire employees across AGLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ERP Rollout:

  • Participate and provide input into discussions with business on how we will adopt the new technology and modernize processes

  • Participate in testing, to-be process creation, change management initiatives, and governance creation activities

  • Train and coach end users

  • ERP Administration:

  • Provide Tier 1 support for customers

  • Support the creation and maintenance of job aids, SOPs, guides, templates, and metrics

  • Manage releases, maintenance, enhancements, and requests for additional functionality

  • Perform routine compliance and user access audits

  • Leadership Activities:

  • Drive AGLC’s vision for our ERP platform and mentor employees

  • Contribute to strategic goals and the ERP platform roadmap

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Degree or Certification in Commerce, Business, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years as an SAP administrator.
  • Minimum 2 years on a corporate project team.
  • Experience with M365 applications, especially SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Certificates in SAP, Project Management, or Business Analysis are assets.
