Territory Sales Representative – HVAC TalentSphere Staffing Solutions has partnered with a well-established and growing HVAC distributor. This privately owned Canadian company is known for its innovative, high-quality heat pump technology and commitment to energy efficiency. With a strong reputation in the market, the organization is focused on helping reduce carbon emissions through advanced HVAC solutions.

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to support their growth in the Greater Kelowna region and BC interior overall.

This is an opportunity to be an integral part of the company’s growth in the interior of BC. This is an environment where individuals with an entrepreneurial drive and a passion for innovative HVAC technology thrive.

This position comes with a strong salary, and lucrative performance based compensation package.

Key Responsibilities Territory Growth

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing mechanical contractor partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.

Technical Expertise

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the HVAC product line.
  • Provide guidance on complex residential and light commercial projects.

Industry Partnerships

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and developers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems is preferred
  • Experience with VRF or heat pump technology is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
