Are you hands-on, organized, and enjoy active work? Are you able to keep a good pace while staying focused and precise? As an order clerk, you will play a key role in preparing, filling, and shipping orders at the heart of warehouse operations.
This is a full-time position offering stability, with several openings to be filled, within a growing company. The job starts in Saint-Jérôme, with a planned move to Terrebonne in the near future.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and labeling boxes for orders.
- Scanning products with a scanner and placing them in the appropriate boxes.
- Completing customer orders according to picking sheets.
- Restocking picking sections as needed.
- Placing boxes onto carts or pallets for appropriate distributors.
- Reporting low stock and noting out-of-stock items.
- Finalizing orders, closing boxes, and completing the required documentation.
- Preparing promotional and themed chairs ordered.
- Carrying out layouts and filling furniture as needed.
- Replenishing stock and setting up items when required.
- Identifying and isolating defective products.
- Checking returns, documenting them, and restocking or discarding products.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards.
- Following health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Benefits of this position:
- 8 positions available.
- Stable full-time schedule.
- Hourly wage of $20.50 upon hiring and $22.15 after 2,000 hours.
- Evening shift premium of $1.25/hour.
- Mileage paid for approximately 2 weeks during the Saint-Jérôme period.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write.
- Comfort working standing up for a full shift.
- Good manual dexterity and speed of execution.
- Ability to perform physical work.
- Reliability, autonomy, and teamwork spirit.
Salary: $20.50/hour upon hiring – $22.15/hour after 2,000 hours
Schedule: Day shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Evening shift: Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day, from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
