Job Posting Description: This is an onsite role Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy, Innovation & Enterprise Analytics, you will be the driving force behind our enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. In this role, you will ensure data quality, data governance, and data integrity across all systems, laying the foundation for smarter, faster, and more confident decision making. You will guide process optimization, implement data quality systems, manage data schemas, lead a team of specialists, and ensure compliance with data governance policies. The Manager, Master Data Management plays a crucial role in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes and digital transformation efforts.

About The Role
- Develop and implement strategies to improve master data processes across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through AI/ML integration automation and lead implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data needs and align MDM processes accordingly.
- Establish and maintain best practices for master data management.
- Triage all Master Data requests and deliver on the defined SLAs.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MDM tools and systems, often in partnership with IT.
- Design and implement robust data quality processes.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Lead data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
- Implement automated data quality checks and validation processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data quality issues and identify opportunities for enhance data quality.
- Provide guidance to the MDM team, including Data Quality Analysts and Data Clerks including setting clear goals and objectives for team members and monitor performance.
- Build a Master Data Team through fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team through effective feedback and coaching.
- Operationalize working group forums and stewardship engagement through data governance committees and represent MDM interests.
- Support the development and maintenance of master data governance policies and procedures, data classifications, and stewardship models to drive compliance and adoption of data governance frameworks.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data quality, master data and/or data governance.
- 2+ years of experience as a people leader.
- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Experience with MDM software such as Informatica IDQ.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Expertise in data management, master data, data quality, data governance, and metadata management.
- Experience working with ERPs including SAP, Business Central.
- Proven ability to manage complex data projects and initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Experience leading organizational change related to data management practices.
