Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect – CRM to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale CRM solutions supporting complex business and technology initiatives for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
The successful candidate will provide architecture leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure cloud solutions, enterprise integrations, security architecture, data architecture, and scalable digital platforms.
This role requires deep expertise in designing enterprise CRM ecosystems, developing reusable architecture patterns, defining integration strategies, establishing governance standards, and translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, Dataverse architecture, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure Integration Services, API architectures, MuleSoft integrations, cloud security, and enterprise architecture deliverables.

Position Summary
The Senior Solution Architect – CRM Will Be Responsible For
Defining enterprise CRM solution architecture and technical direction. Designing scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Establishing integration architecture across enterprise applications. Developing architecture documentation, standards, and implementation roadmaps. Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and business objectives. Providing technical leadership and advisory support to business, architecture, security, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Solution Architecture & Design
Define the structure, relationships, and architecture of enterprise CRM solutions. Design reusable components, solution patterns, interfaces, and application layers. Develop and manage CRM solutions within large-scale distributed environments. Analyze system interactions across multiple architecture layers. Define technical constraints, source code considerations, and development standards.
Design interactions between
Application packages Databases Middleware systems Enterprise platforms Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architecture Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise solutions, including: Solution design Implementation Customization Governance Platform optimization Design Dynamics 365 architecture supporting multiple business lines and reusable solution components.
Develop and govern
Dynamics 365 extensions Plugins PCF Controls Custom APIs Azure-hosted custom components Design Dynamics 365 security models, including: Business units Security roles Access controls Data segregation strategies Microsoft Power Platform Architecture Design and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions including: Model-Driven Apps Power Automate Power Pages Business Process Flows Architect workflow automation and business process orchestration solutions. Develop digital solutions supporting internal and external users. Establish governance standards for Power Platform development and deployment.
Azure Cloud & Integration Architecture
Design and implement Azure-based enterprise solutions using: Azure Integration Services Azure App Services Azure Functions API Management Cloud-native components Develop scalable enterprise integration architectures. Define API strategies and integration patterns. Design REST-based API architectures and enterprise integration standards. Support integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration technologies. Apply API-led connectivity and service orchestration approaches.
Enterprise Data & Security Architecture
Design Microsoft Dataverse architecture including: Data modeling Entity design Security models Data management strategies Develop enterprise data architecture approaches covering: Common data models Data migration strategies Data integration Information governance Design cloud security architecture and identity management solutions.
