SUMMARY
As an HR Business Partner, you are much more than an HR expert: you align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting managers and teams in their day-to-day challenges. You play a central role in organizational transformation, talent development, and cultural change. You help build an agile, people-focused, and high-performing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support managers in managing their teams: skills development, talent attraction, retention, succession planning, training, etc.
- Participate in defining and implementing HR strategy aligned with business challenges.
- Orchestrate HR processes such as the performance cycle, salary reviews, and recruitment.
- Analyze HR indicators and propose corrective action plans.
- Proactively manage individual situations to build high-performing teams.
- Promote the development of leadership based on listening, accountability, and the pursuit of sustainable performance.
- Participate in interdisciplinary HR projects (diversity & inclusion
- Stay abreast of HR and market trends.

Requirements
Education/Experience
- Higher education in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent (Bachelor's degree).
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in a generalist HR role, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
- Strong skills in change management and managerial coaching.
- Ability to work in a changing environment, in project mode and in an interdisciplinary manner.
- Good listening skills, business orientation, analytical mind, rigor, and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in HRIS information systems (ADP an asset).
- Fluency in French and English.
