Lead Digital Experience Strategy: Design and optimize customer journeys, identify UX pain points, and drive personalization and conversion improvements.

Enable Automation & AI: Identify and implement automation and AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and customer engagement.

Maximize MarTech Investments: Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure platforms deliver measurable value and future-proof experiences.

Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with Insights and Data Science to define KPIs, build performance models, and implement test-and-learn frameworks.

Influence Cross-Functional Teams: Work with brand, content, and media teams to apply insights that optimize campaigns and channel performance. #LI-MD1

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA an asset).

Experience:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or MarTech.
- Proven track record in automation, AI, or digital innovation projects.
- Hands-on experience with UX optimization and customer journey mapping.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- CPG industry experience is an asset.

Certifications: Project Management, UX, Design Thinking, or AI/ML in Marketing are strong assets.
