THE POSTIION:

Keyera is seeking aTurnaround DataEntry Clerk (Contract) to support the upcoming turnaround at our Fort Saskatchewan facility. This role will support the Maintenance and Turnaround teams by providing data entry and administrative support.

This is a short-term contract position from May through the end of June, with the training begining in late April. The successful candidate will be engaged as a contingent worker through one of Keyera’s approved partners, working onsite at the Fort Saskatchewan Facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and maintain accurate records of contractor hours and daily workforce activity
  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintain turnaround tracking tools and spreadsheets
  • Ensure turnaround data and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure information is captured and reported consistently

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience with high-volume data entry, tracking, and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience supporting maintenance, operations, or project teams is considered an asset
  • Experience in industrial, oil and gas, or plant environments is an asset but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
