Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Set the standard for safety, service, and merchandising while coaching and developing your team.
- Drive Retail Success: Achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and execute merchandising strategies to maximize profitability.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
- Optimize Store Operations: Maintain compliance, control shrink, and uphold operational and safety standards.
- Develop Your Team: Invest in associate growth through coaching, training, and creating opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365).
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs.

We protect our customers and staff by hiring and training associates committed to our safety values. We employ over 3,700 people and work hard to increase our market share through strategic investment in training and technology. We focus on the development of our people and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In addition to our retail stores, we operate truss manufacturing facilities and a wholesale drywall company. We are a member of Independent Lumber Dealers Co-operative and the ARENA buying group which ensures our great product selection and pricing
