You bring creative value too, with experience in graphic design and basic video content creation, treating visuals and storytelling as assets, not afterthoughts.
Fast-changing environments don’t throw you off; you stay organized, balance multiple priorities, and make sure deadlines are met with accuracy still intact. Most importantly, you collaborate well, consider feedback, build strong working relationships, and protect the brand by representing it thoughtfully and professionally when you communicate, create, or coordinate.
Responsibilities:

- Write and edit content, including emails, intranet articles, website updates, social posts, scripts, and toolkits.
- Create simple visuals and short videos using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and corporate messaging.
- Apply brand tone, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards to all content.
Digital Publishing and Channel Management
- Publish and maintain content across internal and external platforms, including SharePoint, intranet CMS, Viva Engage, the corporate website, and social channels.
- Use platform tools and automation features to increase reach and engagement.
- Apply metadata and basic SEO practices to improve content discoverability.
Editorial and Stakeholder Support
- Review draft materials from internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, tone alignment, and accuracy.
- Work with partners across People & Culture, Operations, and Corporate functions to gather information and clarify communication needs.
- Translate complex information into clear and concise messaging for employees, customers, and public audiences.
- Track key performance metrics including email engagement, intranet views, website analytics, and social activity.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital publishing, communications, or content coordination.
- Experience with intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint), email campaign tools, or internal signage systems.
- Strong attention to detail, with skills in formatting, layout, and brand compliance.
