Job Description You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. What You’ll Do As the Digital Marketing Operations Manager , you will play a key role in supporting Fidelity’s corporate event program through expert use of marketing automation, CRM, and event management platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign execution, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless integration of digital tools to drive marketing effectiveness and client engagement.
Digital Marketing Operations Manager (*Corporate Events Focus) What You’ll Do As the Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Fidelity’s corporate event program through expert use of marketing automation, CRM, and event management platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign execution, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless integration of digital tools to drive marketing effectiveness and client engagement.
Corporate Event Program & MarTech Platform Support
- Lead the build, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns supporting Fidelity’s corporate events, including webinars, conferences, and client programs.
- Manage event-related workflows and integrations across Marketo, Salesforce, CVENT and Zoom Events, ensuring accurate data flow and campaign tracking.
- Set up and manage virtual and hybrid events using Zoom Events, including multi-hour virtual conferences and shorter webcast-style sessions.
- Ensure registrant data is synced across platforms (Zoom Events → Marketo, CVENT, Salesforce) to enable seamless follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event-related communications and assets.
- Provide strategic input on event marketing automation and audience segmentation.
Marketing Automation & Sales Enablement
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo, including email, landing pages, and nurture programs.
- Support Salesforce CRM integration to align marketing efforts with sales outreach and lead management.
- Partner with Sales and Enablement teams to deliver content and tools that support the buyer’s journey.
- Maintain and optimize Fidelity’s content library and digital assets.
Project Management & Campaign Execution
- Own the end-to-end project management of digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on performance-related materials and event campaigns.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate and timely data management for campaign execution.
- Automate content production workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Effectiveness & Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including email metrics, event engagement, and lead conversion.
- Conduct post-event and post-campaign analysis to identify insights and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Share actionable insights with stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Digital Innovation & Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as a digital SME for marketing operations, bringing expertise in automation, CRM, and event technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and Business Analytics to drive innovation.
- Define and document business requirements for new marketing initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, MarTech, and event technology to ensure Fidelity remains a leader in the space.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or project management.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, CVENT, and Zoom Events is essential.
- Experience setting up multi-hour virtual events and webcasts using Zoom Events, with registrant syncing across platforms.
- Familiarity with Zoom Meetings, Webex, BlueJeans, and GoToWebinar is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Seismic) and content production platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
- Certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Admin, or PMP are considered strong assets.
