North York, ON | Full-Time | Permanent | In-Person
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + Uncapped Commission
Our client is seeking a motivated Account Representative to build strong client relationships, grow existing accounts, and generate new business within the commercial and construction industries.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Grow existing accounts while prospecting new business through cold calling and site visits. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities. Achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM. Stay informed on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
2+ years of account management or business development experience. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Experience within the commercial and/or construction industry is an asset.
