Rev Up Your Career as a Licensed Automotive Technician Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician in the Retail industry in Dryden, Ontario. The Licensed Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience. The technician works closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow while building trust and long-term relationships with customers. Total rewards: $40.00 hourly Monday to Friday schedule $3/hour bonus incentive tied to achievable productivity targets Long-term career Health Benefits Profit sharing opportunities
Responsibilities: Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately Complete repair orders and review work with advisors/customers Conduct road tests in compliance with policy Collaborate with Service Advisors, management, and parts team Ensure unsafe vehicles are reported immediately Explain repairs, procedures, and recommended maintenance clearly
Successful candidates will have: Valid Automotive Service Technician license (310S) Valid driver’s license Strong knowledge of modern automotive systems and technology Experience in a similar role (asset) Familiarity with shop systems (e.g., CoStar) considered an asset
