Reporting to the Supervisor, Event Coordination & Operations, the Coordinator, Event Operations supports the execution of events, internal catering, and hospitality operations. This hands-on role ensures event spaces, logistics, inventory, and service delivery are aligned and ready for success.

On a Daily Basis, You’ll Be Responsible For
Responsibility Area #1 – Event Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate and execute event packages and client deliverables
  • Support day-of event execution and on-site logistics
  • Manage event schedules using Sling

Responsibility Area #2 – Facilities & Space Oversight

  • Oversee Founders Rooms and internal catering spaces
  • Manage Commons setup, readiness, and daily resets
  • Support event space transitions and service flow

Responsibility Area #3 – Inventory & Training

  • Manage liquor inventory, ordering, and tracking
  • Support onboarding and training of event serving teams
  • Assist with holiday meal program preparation and execution

Responsibility Area #4 – Operational Support

  • Provide cross-functional support as needed
  • Support reporting backup
  • Pick up event and café support shifts
  • Provide administrative and operational coverage during peak periods

Who You Are

  • Someone who cares deeply about service excellence and smooth execution

What You Have

  • 1–3 years of administrative, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
  • Logistics, operations, or event coordination experience (an asset)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • CRM and/or POS system experience
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer-service mindset
  • Diploma in Event Planning, Hospitality, or Business Administration (an asset)
