"What I like the most about the company is without a doubt the employees and the sense of “family” during the ups and downs. Of course it comes with a good deal of stress and frustration, but I always feel like we are living our successes and defeats as a team. There is also the fact that the world of lighting goes through an impressive technological effervescence. It is a challenge to adapt to it and always gives the impression of learning.."

"I started working for the company in 2011 as a Product Manager for Emergency Lighting. I was completely green and new to the industry, but I started learning the business, understanding the strategies and less than a year later, I was asked to launch the LED outdoor line. Throughout my years, I touched on many other different product categories and got promoted in 2017 as an Director of Product Training and Marketing BPO. As of the merge, I’m now the Director of Business Process.."
