About the job
We are looking for great people to join our team as Customer Service/Sales Agents. You will proactively identify and offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Promote and sell banking products such as accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Keep up to date with banking products, services, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation if needed.
- Work collaboratively as a team with a goal to achieve a high quality standard.
- Ability to connect with customers through conversations and provide financial solutions.
- Build trusting relationships with customers understanding their needs.
- Proactively offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.
- Exercise patience and empathy that resolve customer concerns.
- Adhere to our client’s policies, procedures and industry compliances
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of Customer service/sales/telesales experience
- Fluent English required. Fluency in French required if Bilingual in both languages.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Basic Microsoft Windows skills.
- Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills. Ability to accurately type minimum 30 wpm.
- Strong work ethic with proven dependability.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Excellent verbal skills; basic writing skills.
- Able to handle routine and repetitive tasks at varying pace.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
- Maintain acceptable attendance.
- Be at a commutable distance from our office and available to work
Schedule
- Full time role for 40 hours a week.
- Program hours of operation - Monday to Saturday - 5-day shift
- Shifts between Mon-Friday will be between 10am - 11pm
- Saturday between 10am - 6pm. Sunday off.
- You will be provided with 8-hour shifts for 5 days a week. These can be morning, afternoon or evening shifts.

- Available to work full time in Toronto onsite location at 75 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4P 3A4
