What You'll Do

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing yourself and your team.
• Track and manage labor, materials, change orders, inspections, subcontractors, and vendors using project software.
• Ensure projects meet commercial code standards and client expectations.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and on-site training for team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the office and ownership.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years running commercial electrical projects.
• Experience with lighting controls, distribution, low voltage rough-ins, fire alarm/suppression, conduit & BX work.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Schedule
