Salesforce Consultant
About the role
Pay Range: CAD 70-75/hr
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 10+ years of overall IT experience and 8+ years of Salesforce experience to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations, integrations, and technical delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise, enterprise integration experience, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions in global delivery environments.
Required Experience
10+ years of total IT experience. 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Minimum 3+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations supporting 300+ users. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, and other third-party systems. Hands-on experience with at least one complex data migration/ETL project. Experience working within a global delivery model. Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, build, deployment, and support. Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Informatica Cloud and other middleware platforms. Current Salesforce certifications required. Salesforce Business Analyst experience/certification preferred.
