The Product Support Coordinator of our Muskoka Bobcat Dealer location will be the first point of contact for our customers, the Technicians, and key coordinator for processing all inbound/outbound parts & attachments being shipped to and from the dealership and key customer facing contact for initiating Bobcat equipment service and repairs.
LOCATION:
Bobcat of Muskoka
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Process service work orders, service reports
-
Assist in coordination and administration of Customer Service Agreements (CSAs)
-
Monitor WIP Reports with Supervisors and Service Advisors aligned to support company objectives within the invoicing process
-
Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs as required
-
Prepare, audit, and invoice service paperwork
-
Support and coordinate with product support technicians, sales, and technical support
-
Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of equipment, and perform any additional follow up
-
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
-
Communicate with customers on parts status
-
Complete special order part requests for customers
-
Assess and determine customers’ parts requirements
-
Responsible for retrieving required/delivered material and applying required labels/print slips.

Process incoming parts requisitions
-
Process parts transactions in a timely and accurate manner
-
Performing visual inspection of incoming and sent parts for accuracy and locating material in order to pick and ship
-
Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
-
Clean and maintain the parts warehouse area
-
Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the equipment to determine the best repair plan
-
Advise the customer on the equipment repairs that you recommend and offer a pricing quote
-
Communicate with parts sellers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand
-
Responsible for work orders that are in process and keeping up to date information
-
Provide updates to customers as their work is completed
-
Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information
-
Maintain customer records by keeping all files organized
-
Schedule appointments
-
Perform daily duties in a manner conducive to a safe workplace
-
Participate in all required Health & Safety training
-
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-
A minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Counter/Service Writing position within the automotive, truck or construction equipment industries
-
Existing Bobcat product knowledge is an asset
-
CDK Software experience is an asset
-
Experience with audits and invoicing paperwork and structures
-
The successful candidate will be motivated, personable and possess excellent communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
-
Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
-
Computer proficiency in Windows and ideally dealership management software
-
Proficient with computer technology including MS Suite, Outlook, Internet, Social Media Platforms
-
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours during normal business hours in support of the business needs
-
Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driver’s report
-
Business or Technical associate’s degree, or equivalent experience is preferred
-
Ability to create solutions to complex problems
-
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including proper telephone and video etiquette
-
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
-
Exceptional English language communication skills (written and verbal)
EXPERIENCE:

Forklift: 1 year (preferred)

warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
