The mission we offer you:
Reporting to the Director, Customer Service, the Internal Coordinator – Customer Service is responsible for the administrative and operational management of customer orders, from their entry to their production. In this role, you act as a liaison between customer service, planning, supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure data accuracy, information consistency, and smooth order processing. This position allows the customer service team to focus fully on the customer relationship, while ensuring a rigorous and efficient execution of transactional activities.

An overview of your everyday life

  • Ensure the complete order management cycle in the ERP system, from entry to release in production;
  • Manage in-process business changes to maintain data accuracy;
  • Act as a resource person for complex or non-standard orders;
  • Validate and maintain the integrity of data related to orders: products, quantities, lead times, conditions and costs;
  • Carry out the necessary follow-ups and adjust orders according to changing operational needs;
  • Take charge of certain transactional activities in order to support the customer service team;
  • Collaborate with internal teams: planning, operations, logistics, supply chain and finance;
  • Identify gaps or constraints that may impact order fulfillment and contribute to their resolution;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement and standardization of work methods related to order management.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • College diploma in administration, logistics or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, data entry or order management role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with an ERP system (AS400 or equivalent) is a strong asset
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) required, due to frequent interactions with English-speaking teams and partners
