Bonnett’s Energy Corp. is looking for an experienced Receptionist to fill a 1 year leave coverage. Candidate must be someone who is professional and outgoing and will be our first point of contact for all seven of our divisions based out of our Head Office in Grande Prairie, AB. The qualified candidate must be available to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through to Friday with a commitment to first class service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional approach and positive attitude required
  • Receive, screen and transfer all inbound telephone calls (multiple lines), e-mails, and visitors for the executive office and general operations
  • Proper professional phone etiquette and attitude in answering, transferring and assisting all callers/walk in’s
  • Ability to perform administrative duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
  • Provide support to the AR and AP roles
  • Must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with customers, co-workers and the general public.
  • Receive and prepare courier services (prepare waybills, packaging, labelling and managing courier accounts)
  • Respond to public inquiries
  • Maintaining and keeping the reception area tidy at all times
  • Arrange for maintenance of office equipment and maintain/order office supplies as required
  • Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and will possess the following qualifications and behaviors: Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure, excellent customer service skills, excellent MS Office skills, experience with Dynamics Great Plains an asset, friendly, outgoing, and professional personality, strong attention to detail, pleasant phone manner, professional appearance, punctual and reliable, the ability to take initiative with a Can-do attitude.
