The Role
We’re looking for experienced and personable Cocktail Bartenders to join our events team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in their craft and enjoys engaging with guests.As a Cocktail Bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience, from preparing and serving cocktails to maintaining a polished and professional bar presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
- Deliver warm, attentive hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
- Set up and break down bar stations for events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
- Follow Smart Serve guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the Event Lead
- Support the broader team as needed, including assisting with service or event transitions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in events or high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late-night events
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Competitive hourly wage: $22–$24, based on experience

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to travel to various event locations across the GTA
