**Site Superintendent (ICI) - Temporary Contract

Toronto, ON (Etobicoke)** $38-$45 per hour
Our client, a well established General Contractor (GC) in the GTA, has an urgent need for an ICI Site Supervisor to begin work immediately on a Retail project. This is a temporary contract role for 2+ weeks up to 3 months.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of construction experience
- Strong General Contractor background
- Experience working in live retail environments, abatement, demo [down to base and interior fit out]
- Available to start immediately
- Duration: 2 weeks up to 3 month project
- Site location: Queensway, Etobicoke
- Hourly rate $38-45 per hour
The project involves managing site activities in a functioning retail space, so experience coordinating trades, minimizing disruption, and maintaining safety compliance is critical.
