The Receiving Team Lead oversees daily inbound operations, ensuring shipments are received, inspected, and put away accurately and on time. This role leads a team of receiving associates, supports warehouse efficiency, and enforces safety and quality standards.

Information on compensation:

Base hourly salary of $23.10 per hour with a premium of $3.75 per hour. A total of $26.85 per hour.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Supervise unloading, verification, and put-away of incoming shipments.
  • Assign and monitor daily tasks of receiving staff.
  • Ensure accuracy of purchase orders, packing slips, and WMS records.
  • Report and resolve discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
  • Maintain safe, organized, and efficient dock and staging areas.
  • Support process improvements and continuous training.

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including inbound operations.
  • 1+ years in a team lead role.
  • Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems; inbound scheduling tools (OpenDock) an asset.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Forklift certification an asset.
