About the role

Position Description

The University of Toronto Mississauga invites applications for a full-time tenure-stream position in Organizational Studies at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, with an expected start date of July 1, 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in the field of Organizational Studies.
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Studies.
  • Supervise graduate students.
  • Contribute to the academic community through service and outreach.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • A PhD in Organizational Studies or a related field.
  • A strong record of research and publication in top-tier journals.
  • Evidence of teaching excellence at the university level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in interdisciplinary research.
  • Ability to engage with diverse student populations.
  • A demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching and research.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of the Organizational Studies program and to engage with the broader community.
