We are currently seeking an evening Shipping Clerk to join our team for the Milton Facility.

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Sunday - Friday, 6:00 pm to 2:00 am

(Saturday and one other day off, subject to change but most likely Monday or Wednesday)

Salary: $20/h

Duties:

• Manage shipments: You'll be responsible for verifying and maintaining accurate records for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate logistics: You'll determine the best shipping methods and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring everything is accurate before it leaves the warehouse.
• Support the team: You'll print daily routes for our pullers and track important details like departure and loading times to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle inventory: You'll receive and inspect new products from vendors, reporting any damages or shortages to the relevant teams. You'll also conduct regular equipment inventory and cycle counts.
• Safety first: You'll follow all safety regulations and procedures, including using proper lifting techniques to protect yourself and others.

Skills, Qualifications , Experience:

• Strong attention to detail: You are highly accurate and organized, especially when working with numbers and documentation.
• Communication skills: You can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with team members and supervisors.
• Positive attitude: You're a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong time management skills.
• Technical aptitude: You have the ability to learn and operate our order entry system and other software with ease.
• Physical capability: You can perform the physical aspects of the job, including frequent lifting.
