Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, remote position focused on leading visual design for industrial and packaging-focused brand projects. The person in this role will develop and refine brand identities, design packaging systems, and create logos and visual assets that work consistently across print and digital touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with strategy and production teams, interpreting client briefs, creating typographic and layout solutions, preparing files for pre-press, and ensuring designs are optimized for large-scale print production. The Senior Graphic Designer will manage projects from concept to final delivery, provide art direction and feedback to other designers, and maintain design standards aligned with industrial market needs. This role also involves coordinating with printers and production partners to ensure accurate, high-quality execution of all visual deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics for industrial, packaging, and print applications. Proven ability in Logo Design and Branding, including development of cohesive visual identity systems. Advanced Typography skills, with experience creating clear, legible, and impactful typographic hierarchies. Proficiency with industry-standard design and pre-press tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience preparing print-ready files and collaborating with printers on production specifications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting. Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, brand identity, and industrial sector work. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
