Job Description
In this role, you will join Enterprise Project Finance as part of the Benefits Measurement & Realization team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will help measure, validate, and track the benefits of key business cases across TD, giving you the opportunity to work with partners across business segments and contribute to better decision-making on enterprise initiatives.
In this role, you will
Develop and maintain dashboards and measurement tools that help stakeholders understand enterprise business case benefits, one-time costs, and ongoing costs Improve dashboards and reporting tools to make them easier to use, navigate, and interpret Support strong data governance and measurement processes, while developing analytics that provide meaningful project insights Work closely with Enterprise Project Finance colleagues to identify trends, explain insights, and support clear communication of business case benefits Contribute ideas and lead improvements that make benefit measurement, reporting, and presentations more effective Build trusted relationships with partners across Enterprise Project Finance, Segment Finance, GTS Finance, Project Management & Governance (PMaG), and other stakeholder groups Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment where creativity, innovation, productivity, and teamwork are encouraged What You Bring You are comfortable building strong relationships and working with partners across Finance and the broader organization, including senior leaders You enjoy analyzing data and turning large volumes of information into clear, meaningful insights You bring solid financial acumen and understand how business drivers can affect the P&L You are proactive and interested in finding practical, innovative ways to improve processes You manage your time well, stay organized, and can balance multiple priorities and deadlines You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and can tailor information for different audiences Experience in project finance or business casing would be an asset You have 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a medium-to-large organization with established best practices and performance management processes.
Undergraduate degree
A professional accounting designation or MBA would be an asset This role offers a mix of collaborative team-based work and independent deliverables. Team members are expected to work on-site four days per week, supporting connection, partnership, and collaboration.
