Role: Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: Competitive, based on experience
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to work on a contractual basis. The Commercial Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing commercial real estate properties, which includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in the real estate industry as it requires a deep understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Real Estate Manager will oversee the management of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
- The Commercial Real Estate Manager will conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on property investments and portfolio management.
- The Commercial Real Estate Manager will develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful property transactions.
- The Commercial Real Estate Manager will ensure compliance with industry regulations, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and tax laws.
- The Commercial Real Estate Manager will analyze market trends and provide insights to clients on market conditions, rental rates, and property values.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales.
- The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- The candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations to clients.
- The candidate will have a deep understanding of industry regulations, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and tax laws.
- The candidate will have a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field, with a professional certification in property management or a related field.
