Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, reference architectures, configuration baselines, design patterns, and lifecycle plans for end user platforms and services. Partner with End User Operations and the Service Desk to ensure engineered solutions are operationally supportable, well documented, and supported by clear knowledge articles, escalation paths, and service readiness materials. Act as the technical owner and escalation partner for complex end user engineering issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent engineering improvements. Establish strong vendor and partner relationships to evaluate technology direction, influence roadmaps, manage technical performance, and maximize value from end user technology investments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand productivity, collaboration, and workplace technology needs, and convert them into practical engineering solutions. Maintain current knowledge of end user computing, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, security, and workplace technology trends, and apply that knowledge to improve the enterprise user experience.
