Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and manage multiple crews

Schedule crews

Organize crews with proper equipment, and materials

Communicate instructions to crews on a daily basis

Prepare estimates when needed

Communicate with clients and property managers

Supervise projects when needed

Ensure safety is followed to company standards

Read and understand drawings and details

Be a problem Solver
Qualifications:
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Results driven who ensures the right course of action is taken
- Good Organizational skills with attention to detail.
