Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and manage multiple crews

• Schedule crews

• Organize crews with proper equipment, and materials

• Communicate instructions to crews on a daily basis

• Prepare estimates when needed

• Communicate with clients and property managers

• Supervise projects when needed

• Ensure safety is followed to company standards

• Read and understand drawings and details

• Be a problem Solver

Qualifications:

• Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Results driven who ensures the right course of action is taken
• Good Organizational skills with attention to detail.
